Graham was elected as the Councillor for Horbury & South Ossett in May 2008.
Born and raised in Jersey Channel Island and educated at De La Salle College, before moving to Portsmouth & Southsea where his parents were owners of a Hotel.
In May 1965 he joined the Army and was enlisted into the Parachute Regiment with service in the Royal Corps of Transport and commissioned a Captain in the Worcester and Sherwood Foresters. On completing a full career in the services he specialised in the Logistics. He supports all organisations that highlight the declining standards of service personnel equipment and terms and condition of service.
Graham is Logistic Consultant. Specialising in start ups and project management.
As a Councillor Graham is interested in the Young and the OAP’s, helping those who need additional assistance on local issues involving WMDC/WDH.
He has always been interested in Politics, History and reading nonfiction. He is also interested in precious and semi precious gem stones.
Graham is married to Ann and have two grown up children and three grandchildren. They have also adopted a lasa apso dog called Buster (Boo).
